Tell me a little about your dates and your pets.

I usually reply the same day. If I’m available, we can arrange a free introductory visit at your home, which takes about half an hour. It is when I get to meet everyone and learn how their normal day works, which is the part I look forward to.

A rough range is fine, for example “14–19 October” or “most of half term”.
Species, names, ages, and anything I should know about how they are with a new person.
Medication, routines, access, or a question. Please don’t send alarm codes or key locations yet. Those belong at the introductory visit.
Optional. It helps her know what is working.

Include your dates, your postcode and what animals you have. I reply to say whether the dates are free. Nothing is confirmed until we’ve met at your house.
